Information Governence
Any information shared with us at the Anderson-Brooks clinic will be handled and stored sensitively and in line with Information Governance and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policies.
Such policies have informed our selection of technological systems which support our clinic assessment, clinic record keeping and communication with clients.
Any information pertaining to risk, whereby an individual or other may be at risk of harm or danger to themselves or others, will be shared according safety regulations within clinical practice, and in order to ensure that those involved can access the appropriate support needed.
You have a right to access any personal information that is held about you. We aim to share this with you within 30 days of making an initial request.
