Multiple Methods of Support
We offer a range of brief and comprehensive support for those you receive a diagnosis of ADHD.
We are here for you.
We will discuss an initial formulation of current difficulties.
If you select Pricing Plan 3 your allocated clinician will create a pack of resources which will support you in understanding what having ADHD means to you.
We will create a clinical report providing evidence for your diagnosis of ADHD. The detail of this report will vary depending on which assessment plan you have chosen:
Brief Summary (Pricing Plan 1): we will provide you with a brief clinic report, this will include enough information to provide clinical evidence and confirmation of a diagnosis.
Extensive Report and ADHD profile (Pricing Plan 2 & 3): this detailed report will not only include a thorough write up of the assessment and diagnostic outcome, it will also include information pertaining to your current strengths and difficulties. These differ for each person and it can be a helpful start to your journey to understand your personal ADHD profile.
If you have selected Price Plan 3, following diagnosis you will receive a work-pack of resources tailored to support your ADHD profile of strengths and difficulties.
As you will find out through your own personal assessment, ADHD difficulties can fall into categories of Cognitive, Behavioural and Emotional functions.
These 1:1 sessions will provide you with a safe environment to explore possible Cognitive, Behavioural and Emotional strategies that you can learn to help you manage your ADHD.
These sessions will enable you to learn more about your ADHD and how to work with it, not against it.
These sessions can also support your adjustment following a diagnosis of ADHD. Many people find that this new understanding of current difficulties can be empowering however may contribute to a shift in identity or a recognition that compensatory strategies, such as masking, are no longer needed. It may be helpful to discuss what the ADHD diagnosis means to you, and how you can move forward with acceptance and adjustment.
These 1:1 sessions can be remote or in person, and will be charged at an additional cost (per session). The sessions are subject to clinician availability. Please enquire for more information.
